即是说，违规了，不但要罚款，扣分（满分24分），还要扣车，1迪拉姆＝1.7人民币。
闯一次红灯罚将近1400元人民币，对富豪来说是个屁，不过关键是扣车啊！还要扣分，看来有钱也不是万能的啊！
（想到这里，一直严重倾斜的内心稍微回正了2度） 掉落或泄漏货物 3000 12 30－－－－－这个罚得最重，我们这里最普遍！！！！！
